I find that 10, which is to some extent different from nine, is more stable than previous versions. pdxregcl.exe and pdxregcl.ini, if I am not mistaken.can simply be deleted to resolve the issue. Paradox includes a file which causes the working directory to revert to My Documents on reboot. As I have posted elsewhere, we have found one difference.
